In accordance with the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (“CPA”) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 (“ECTA”), we provide the following information regarding dispute resolution:
If you have any questions, complaints, or disputes relating to an online purchase or service, please contact us first. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve your concern promptly and fairly.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our internal dispute resolution process, you may refer the matter to one of the recognised dispute resolution bodies in South Africa, including:

• Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO) – for disputes involving goods or services.
• National Consumer Commission (NCC) – for violations of consumer rights under the CPA.
• Advertising Regulatory Board (ARB) – for disputes related to advertising practices.
• Other accredited industry-specific Ombuds, depending on the nature of your complaint.

Please note that South Africa is not a participant in the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, and therefore the EU ODR system does not apply to South African businesses unless they specifically target consumers within the European Union.
This notice does not limit or replace any rights you may have under South African law.
